allow both 5060 (UDP) and 5061 (TLS) on single FusionPBX ver5.x

Hi,
I am trying to set allow for IP-Phones to register to PBX using either 5060(UDP) or 5061(TLS).
I only able to successful set up PBX to accept registration over 5060(UDP)... registration over 5061(TLS) failed.
then when I successful set up PBX to accept registration over 5061(TLS)... registration over 5060(UDP) failed.

Please help me, how to allow accept registration for both ?

I get all ports (5060 & 5061) working good now. Using FusionPBX 5.1.0 RC1.
