Customer wants to have when someone dials an extension or IVR option system should announce : You're call is being transferred to Mr. Smith or to Extension 101 for example.
Yes it is possible but messy.
You would need audio files for each option then would need to create a custom dial plan for each option to play said messages then make the transfer to actual destination.
