ATA being processed under public context, not under domain

I have two ATAs registered as extensions. The extensions are in the A domain. When I try to connect a phone to the ATA and make an outbound call, it gets processed using the public context - not the A domain. When I look at the extension settings, they show the correct domain. I have SIP phones registered as extensions to this domain that have no problems. What might be causing these outbound calls to be processed incorrectly? Inbound calls to these extensions with ATA registered work fine.
 
It could be a multitude of things. But likely something with your dialplan configuration.
