So I've been beating on these because we have a bunch deployed on Broadsoft service and I would like to re-purpose them rather than trash them. So, I've made it as far as actually getting the registration request to the FusionPBX server, but there is an auth challenge that fails. I've tried cut/paste on passwords, I've manually typed them, so I don't believe it's a mis-match. In any case, I have a sip trace and I can see the 401 unauthorized message, but I don't know what the issue is.
I have masked our WAN IP and the IP of FusionPBX, but the trace is attached if someone can see more detail and open my eyes. I would appreciate any help from the troubleshooters more experienced than myself.
