Hello Fusion Forums. As I am new to Fusion Forums and the Fusion ecosystem I hope to add to the knowledge base as I become more knowledgeable with Fusion. I come from a FPBX background and we are starting to set up a Hosted Fusion/FREEswitch server to support our customers.
We are attempting to find out if we can set Fusion to instruct the SIP phone to "Auto Answer" on Intercom calls. We have been doing this with FPBX, many of our customers prefer this to a "Ring" intercom call.
So far we have been able to accomplish many of the features our customer enjoyed with FPBX, but we need more flexibility than Asterisk could provide. We have already noticed a performance increase that lets us know we have made a wise decision. Now we need to get our knowledge of Fusion to take full advantage of the additional horse power.
Any assistance on solving this request will be appreciated.
As a note, we are working on a Billing software program that interfaces with Quick Books. We will post when it is working. IF the community has any input on features we would be interested in hearing from you.
