I may have spotted a bug. Need replication to confirm.
When an VM on an extension has the option selected to delete VM after email it works perfectly ---> ,sgs get deleted once emailed.
However if an extension (let's say 101) has "delete VM after email" active AND also has "Copy Voicemail to Other Extensions" with copy to a few other extensions (i.e. 201,202,203), then the VM messages for ext 101 does not get deleted after email, instead the VM box continues to grow.
I just discovered the pattern when monitoring Applicatiton-->Voicemail and seeing extensions with VM messages despite having the enabled option "delete VM after email"
