Hi all,
We're opening a limited beta for ictVoIP Billing v1.5.0-beta.1 — the multi-provider release of our WHMCS billing ecosystem: the ictVoIP Billing addon, the FusionPBX server module, the all-new FS PBX server module, and dedicated Call Recordings modules for both platforms. VoIP billing automation (Autobill, real-time billing, included-minutes pools) plus PBX provisioning workflows (tenants, extensions, gateways, destinations) — now across two PBX platforms from one WHMCS install.
What's new in v1.5.0-beta.1:

We're looking for operators who can install/test and provide feedback — bugs, logs, and edge cases. Thanks!
- Call Recording (new) — clients browse, play, and download call recordings right from the client area; tenant-level scoping with per-extension listing on both FusionPBX and FS PBX
- Real-Time Billing Controls — per-package real-time billing warns on enablement and locks permanently once calls are billed, protecting billing integrity against mid-cycle mode changes
- FS PBX server module — tenant domains, users, extensions, destinations, ring groups, and CDR billing for FS PBX, with dedicated FS PBX licensing — managed side by side with FusionPBX from the same addon
- Included-Minutes Exhaustion — per-service tracking of free-minute pools with two configurable warning stages and Warn-Only or Block action when exhausted; resets cleanly at each billing rollover and coexists with AutoSuspend
- Client-Area VoIP Panel redesign — modern service view with searchable, sortable, paginated DataTables grids and CSV export for call history and recordings
- Per-product Special Rates (existing feature — worth revisiting) — every call resolves its rate from one of three sources: provider tariff (longest-prefix rate card match), package custom rates (fixed inbound/outbound per-minute), or a dedicated Special Rates table with per-product pattern/prefix rules — the path for premium numbers and destinations that should bypass tariff rating. Special Rates combine freely with tariff/custom rating on the same product and are managed and assigned from Client Services under the extension view, on both FusionPBX and FS PBX. Details: https://docs.ictvoip.ca/en/latest/admin/billing_models.html#rate-sources-where-the-price-comes-from
- Zone-aware call rating — E.164 destination normalization before rating and Long Distance vs International labeling based on your configured country zone
- Module Status card — license status and version/update state at a glance on the admin dashboard
- Save-time validation — Package Rates warns when a settings combination would silently change billing behaviour
- Billing accuracy improvements — enhanced tariff and custom-rate handling, consolidated national/international invoicing, and real-time billing fixes (clean start at enablement, full same-day CDR visibility)
- Client Services reliability — verified extension assign states, self-healing sync, and duplicate-safe gateway sync
- WHMCS 9 + PHP 8.3 compatibility across the suite — verified on 8.13.x/9.0.x
- Twenty-One based client-area templates — bundled ictVoIP templates are now child themes of WHMCS's Twenty-One theme, so WHMCS template updates inherit cleanly
Who can participate:
Beta builds are distributed through the ictVoIP licensing portal, so participation requires:
- An active, current ictVoIP Billing license
- A support tier of Beta Entry or higher
- WHMCS installation (v8.12+) — a staging/test environment recommended
- A FusionPBX (5.3+) or FS PBX environment
We're looking for operators who can install/test and provide feedback — bugs, logs, and edge cases. Thanks!
