BulkVS suddenly cannot receive calls

I have been happily ignoring the install of FusionPBX with BulkVS for several months since its been working.

All of a sudden, none of my installs running this combination can receive calls.

I called BulkVS to see what has changed and they tell me that nothing has changed.
According to their logs, the inbound calls are hitting the FusionPBX but then it rejects the call and gives a 480 error.

I then tried to put different SIP gateway in from another supplier and it works, so I believe the problem is with BulkVS.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Your issue seems to be the regex for your inbound route
You are checking for 11 digits but the call is coming in as 10.
destination_number(9058575000) =~ /^(19058575000)$/ break=on-false

Thanks for your help.
That's exactly what it was.
I ended up deleting all the gateway, destination, inbound and outbound settings and redoing it.
One thing about BulkVS is that you must set the expiry refresh to 30s
