Call Audio issue with Grandstream Phones, Yealink is working

Having a wierd issue and I need help!

I have a customer that has a bunch of phones at one location, they had internet issues last week and the ISP fixed the issue, since then I'm having an issue with their phones.

They have Grandstream and yealink phones, all phones are provisioned directly from fusion, and all show registered, when I call an extension that has a Yealink phone phone rings and can talk with no issue, when I call an extension with a Grandstream phone, fusion says "your call is being forwarded" but then it becomes silent (no music on hold and no ringing sound) till the voicemail answers.

this customer has spectrum for their internet and a sonicwall for the router, I tried Tcp and UDP both have the same issue.

Any input would be apreciated
