When using the call broadcast feature, Fusion first makes outbound call to phone number (pstn), then upon answer, Fusion makes call to local destination number (ext, ivr, ring group etc). With this call flow, the pstn party hears either dead air or moh during the period the Fusion is calling out to local destination. I would rather have, for example, agent-extension hear dead air or ringback instead of the pstn contact- so I guess the question is, would it be possible to change the order in which Fusion dials each leg of the call during a call Broadcast?
