Call center, call waiting

Hi

Thank you to the community for all the past and future support

I have a call center set up with 3 agents, if all 3 agents are on the phone and a call comes in, this call would not ring until an agent hangs up. Can we set up that call ring as a call waiting to all agents ? I find it that agents take their time on the phone when they don't know others are waiting

2. Can we have a prefix to the caller id that will show us how many min the caller was in the que?
