SOLVED call data records records one call two times

Hello All,
My setup is on debian and has been acting really wierd, everytime a call comes in, it records the same call as missed call and answered call, can anyone please help?
Another question, if it's possible to download and delete old call recordings so that server doesn't run out of memory everytime so often.

You will probably need to supply some more information about your configuration to get any useful help.

If you are using a ring group in enterprise mode for your inbound then this can generate a CDR for each leg tried by the ring group. So if you have two phones in the group you will see one missed and one answered.

yes, I'm using a ring group, and I have 10 extensions in same ring group. I have done some previous installations with same settings it never recorded the same call twice but for some reasons it's doing this.
If you would be so kind to let me know what information should I supply so that you may be able to help?
