I have a call I want to see what happened - would like to see what phones were ringing on an inbound call. I have a ringing issue on an extension with FollowMe
I go to Call History and do a search and can find the call I am looking for.
Can I take the SIP Call-ID or Unique ID and search for that somewhere? I tried going to Log Viewer and tried to search by both of those ID's and neither brought up any call data
