call ext number directly inbound route

I've an issue with fusionpbx at inbound calls

I've made sip trunk between issabel and fusionpbx i can call issabel ext directly from fusion but can't do it in reverse
i must type did num in fusionpbx and transfer it for only one ext registered in fusionpbx

Is there any help to call direct any registered ext in fusionpbx form issabel ext

Did the call hit FusionPBX? Do you see it in the logs? Have you created an inbound route for the number in question?
