Heres the scenario I have:
The call routing on 305 (accounts) is unanswered calls go to 301 (reception)
Reception (301) answers an external call and transfers the call to 305 (accounts). If accounts doesn't answer, the call should bounce back to 301 reception, right? Seems not, the call is dropped
Calling from 305 a different extension (ie 303), the call flow works as expected, but calling from 301, the call gets dropped rather than following the not answered divert.
Is there anyway to get this working as expected?
