Hi,

We are using Fusion PBX version 4.5.10. We are facing a call forking issue when phone extensions are in a ring group.

The call scenario is as follows :

a. Register 2 IP Phones to the same extension, 1101

b. Register a third IP Phone with extension 1102

c. Create a Ring Group with the extension 1101 and 1102

d. Assign a DID number to the Ring Group

e. When call to the DID number, only 2 phones ring. 1102 and one of the phones with extension 1101 .

The expected result should be all 3 phones should ring.

Can anyone advise on this ?

Thanks.

Regards,
Kwang Mien

Note: Changing the strategy to enterprise will ring all exts as expected but in my case it also created kind of a mess on the Call detail records, it will show all threads, if you have 5 or 6 exts under your RG it's very hard for customers to keep track of their calls, missed calls..etc on the CDR, a lot clearner with RG(Simultaneous)
I'm trying to figure out a way to ring all exts even if two devices share the same Ext # without compromising the CDR for customers.

If someone have any recommendation please i'm all ears.
