Call Forward for on busy/No Answer/Not Registered with feature code or an IVR menu

Hello all,

I'm searching for a way to activate Call Forward for on busy/No Answer/Not Registered through a softphone so with either a feature code or with an IVR menu.

I have tried creating an outbound route to test

condition destination_number ^8(2\d{3})$
action set forward_user_not_registered_destination=$1
action set forward_user_not_registered_enabled=true

so by dialing 82008 i set the call forward not registered to the 2008 and enable it but i cannot make it work.

Has anyone been able to make this work and able to make feature codes for on busy/No Answer/Not Registered with that way?

Also if the above cannot be done could this be done through an easy IVR menu?
