A ad5ou Active Member Jun 12, 2018 893 205 43 Mar 21, 2019 #4 That is whole point of “do not disturb”. It tells the switch the extension is busy. If DND is not sending calls direct to voicemail, you either have major problems with your install, or you aren’t fully describing your setup and goals
