Call Forward, wrong CallerID

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with external call forwarding.

When we do *72 to extrnal number, the call goes out with the incoming callers callerID, and not that of the tenant, and the fails at the provider.

I've tried setting the,
Default Settings:

category: cdr
subcategory: call_forward_fix
type: boolean
value: true

But still uses wrong caller id.

If someone can please point me in the right direction.
