Call Park Label Change

I have a strange request. I have a client that uses Call Parking. They are asking if it is possible that when you put a call on park, the label changes to the phone number of the caller?

I thought it would be in the DialPlan Manager -> valet_park entry and change the effective_caller_id field as it shows prefixing "park". I tried changing "park" to "test" just to see if I had the right line, and it didn't change on the phone when I put a call into park.

Is this possible?

You haven't said what make/model the phone is, but my gut feeling is that it is unlikely to be possible. Certainly with the Yealink phones, the button label is set within the phone configuration and I am not aware of any process to allow it to be dynamically updated.

Sorry. Grandstream. I do see that when I park a call, the label alternates between Park and park. Not sure if that is from the phone or from Fusion doing that.
