Call Parking - Robotic call when call is picked back up

I'm getting reports from a client, though I don't have a detailed call example yet of a problem with parking. They park a call and when picking it back up, I'm told the audio sounds robotic.

This sounds to me like they are likely getting a different codec when they pick it back up but thats just a guess.

Has anyone come across this before and if they did, how did you tackle it?
 
I had that briefly on one of the 5.4 versions of FusionPBX. You could put the robotic sounding call on hold and pick it back up and it cleared. I'd agree that it is mismatched codecs for some reason.
