I'm getting reports from a client, though I don't have a detailed call example yet of a problem with parking. They park a call and when picking it back up, I'm told the audio sounds robotic.
This sounds to me like they are likely getting a different codec when they pick it back up but thats just a guess.
Has anyone come across this before and if they did, how did you tackle it?
