Call Pickup via BLF

Hello,

I am using Yealink phones with Fusion PBX. I would like to monitor another extension via BLF. If I set the BLF under devices for Yealink I can see the extension status, if that extension gets a call I want to be able to press the BLF button and retrieve the call. How can I accomplish this? Need to see status of BLF and call pickup of that extension.

I know **EXTENSIONNUMBER picks up the call, but how can I program the BLF to show the extension is ringing and press that button to pickup?

You need this in your config file.

features.pickup.direct_pickup_enable = 1
features.pickup.direct_pickup_code = **

How can I add that to my FusionPBX? I dont want to manually edit the yealink config as that file will get overwritten anytime there is a change to the device within FusionPBX. Would I add these parameters under default settings? In default settings there is already a parameter called yealink_direct_pickup_enable with a value set to 1
