Call quality during upload

I have maybe 40 or so people on my server so far and seeing something odd and I want to fix before i add hundreds more. People are saying they have times where they loose audio.

I was able to recreate one setup. MOS score stays good during this all too which is odd.

If I am on my PC that is pass thru on phone and I do a speed test, all is fine during download but once it starts upload section, my call is 80% gone if not more and the second upload part ends , audio is back.

Ideas?

Yeh, you're rinsing through all the bandwidth available to the phone. That's what the speedtest does. You could get fancy and implement QoS policies on the LAN to preserve a baseline of free bandwith, might not work for your specific example though, you can still DoS your phone by sending a Gbps worth of data at it/

Another options is a poor man's QoS. Gigabit Ethernet for the WAN of the phone, FastEthernet for the computer.
