Hi. I have a new fusionpbx onstall for our cloyd customers. I am unsure howto enable and use on demand call recording. I have tried making a call and when answered dialling *2 but nothing happens. What needs to be done to get this working.

When creating extantion you should see record label.
Set the method of how to record your calls.

Hi and thanks for reply. However am i not right in assuming that turns it for all calls ? What the customer wants is on demand recording sobthey can record the odd call if they need it.

Thanks alot i will give that a try. Do i need to enter *2 anywhere or just enable bind_digit_action ?
