I have a customer who needs a new routing scheme. Here is what is needed.
Ivr user presses 0 for reception. Reception rings 3 times then sends call to ring group / follow me that includes an extension and an outside cell phone.
In the past I found you cannot have calls in one ring group include a second ring group but you can have a ring group include a follow me.
Amy suggestions how to do this?
Also, what is the difference between Apps Follow Me and Call Routing?
