callcenter Wallboard and Reporting

Hello,

I have a customer that has a callcenter and would like to move to FusionPBX for their platform. FusionPBX has most of the functions to set them up out of the box, ie smart queues and agent logins and stuff. That is OK, but the issue becomes more on the reporting side. I see that as a purple and Gold Member I would get access to the wallboard and reporting add-on. What exactly does that include and is that ready for production? Is there a feature list of each?

The Call Center Wallboard and call center summary have been used in production for about 1.5 to 2 years. They have been improved a few times since that period of time. If you want more details about it I suggest calling the FusionPBX support number +1 208 906 8227 and ask for Mark.
