Callee sees wrong number

I have two phone numbers at my provider and made two gateways (one for each number).
The problem is that if my parents call somebody then my number shows up.

I have in the gateway settings:
From User: xxxxxxxx685

In my parents extension settings:
Outbound Caller ID Name: xxxxxxxx685
Outbound Caller ID Number: xxxxxxxx685

My parents hand set is set to (in the DECT station):
Display name: xxxxxxxx685

I also made sure that on the provider page the caller ID is set to the correct number.

Is that a provider problem or what I'm missing?

It definitely depends on the provider. We were experimenting at one point with Twilio and Flowroute simultaneously, and there were different settings for each. We just have Twilio now, so I can provide pointers there if needed. I don't have my notes on Flowroute, so I can't help you there, but I do remember their support staff were super helpful when I was trying to figure it out.

I haven't confirmed it, but it seems like the trunk settings override any outbound caller ID settings of an extension.

Ok, my provider says the setting in there backend overwrites everything i would set in my PBX/Phone.
So it doesn't matter what i put in Caller ID, Display name, From user...

So maybe my second extension is not using the second gateway?

This line in your log is saying the destination number matches the dialplan entry for outbound route called "Easybell_Bjoern.d" ...

... which references the gateway with UUID "210c332b-c488-43ba-9a1d-f68c810b7108." The name for that gateway isn't mentioned in the log, but if you used the default outbound route name, it's called Easybell_Bjoern.

Seeing as...
  1. The outbound route pictured in your first screenshot is called "Easybell_Eltern.d" (not the same name as you pictured)
  2. The same route references a gateway called "Easybell_Eltern" (probably not the same name as the gateway you're hoping for)
  3. The log shows it matches on the first outbound route (therefore ignoring any further outbound routes)
I'm going to say your conclusion is correct. So you'd need to change the order of your outbound routes, or change the types of numbers they will match.

I have two gateways:
1. Easybell_Bjoern
2. Easybell_Eltern

I also have two outbound routes:
1. Easybell_Bjoern.d
2. Easybell_Eltern.d

Then i have two extensions:
1001
1002

1002 is my parents DECT phone that should use route "Easybell_Eltern.d" and gateway "Easybell_Eltern".
If i would change the order (I don't know where) i guess i just have it reversed?

What do you mean by "change the types of numbers they will match"?
What setting i am missing that 1002 goes out through Easybell_Eltern?

Outbound routes have an "order" property (because they're really a dialplan entry, and all dialplan entries, and their dialplan details, have an "order"). The lower the order value, the earlier it gets processed in the list. Any call made by an extension on your system will be processed by the entire dialplan, and each dialplan entry/detail can affect how later entries/details are included (or not) in the processing.

The "types of numbers they will match" is referencing the formatting you specify in the "Dialplan Expression" of an outbound route, which becomes the first dialplan detail (the condition matching "destination_number") when the outbound route is created. This is helpful when you want to perform certain actions based on certain numbers that are being dialed, or you want to support calling only specific number types.

But now that you've added that clarification of the desired functionality, neither of these suggestions will really do the trick! The gateways logically have the same priority (just in different situations), and you want both extensions to be able to dial the same number formats. Check out the thread I started here. It will explain how to get setup with multiple SIP trunks, and route specific extensions through each one. You can just use the parts that apply to your situation.
