Caller ID lost on SLA enabled phone on hold

I have an issue with caller ID on hold for SLA enabled phone (Polycom/Yealink)
for example, An inbound call from a mobile number 12345678 to a DID number 456456 and the call routed to extension 100 which is enabled SLA. The phone showing a correct called ID (12345678) and i have answered the call. If i put the call on hold, Th IP phone changes caller ID to 100 instead of 12345678. its showing 100 even I retrieve the call from hold.
how to resolve the issue ?
