Caller ID not shown on follow me for call center agents.

Caller ID is shown as -ERR when the call is sent to destination set in follow me on an extension which is a call center agent.
The issue is experienced only when the call comes in via the call center, when calling the extension direct and it routes to follow me destination caller ID is presented just okay.

It shows the same in the Call Detail Records

We are using FusionPBX 4.4.1 and Switch 1.10.5

Have tried with enabling and disabling the cidlookup dialplan but didn't solve.

Any inputs on this from experts would be highly appreciated.
