In the inbound routes I have established the caller_name_prefix and when a call comes, the phone screen shows the Prefix and the number of the caller. So far so good.
The problem is that if I put that call in the parking lot, when I retrieve it, only the caller's phone appears, without the prefix.
Is there a way to also retrieve the prefix when picking up that call from the parking lot again?
