I have setup a call center queue and when calls to the queue get transferred to the agent, it is not encrypted (TLS on signal no problem, but no SRTP). If I setup the agent extension to force encryption (SRTP mandatory), the calls will not reach agent.
Is there a way to have the call to be SRTP when it is transferred to agent? Or have I missed any configuration? The call center will be on the cloud and we will have security issue if the calls transferred to agent is not SRTP.
