Cannot add Conference issue

HI,
I am using 5.1.0 RC1. I tried creat a conference using the menu "Conference" and add conference. After I filled in the form and click save, the conference is not created and in database table I checked do not have any of data.

Resolved. Re-run permission fixed it.
