Cannot Dial Toll Free

For the life of me I cannot get Toll Free numbers to dial out. I have the default RegEx for SkyeTel work for normal 11 Digit numbers. When dialing Toll Free I get a lot of this:

Originate Failed. Cause: NORMAL_TEMPORARY_FAILURE
and I see this as well
sofia/internal/1001@(IP ADDR) has executed the last dialplan instruction, hanging up.

I have reached out to SkyeTel for a recommended RegEx and they said the ^\+?1?(\d{10})$ should work.

Any help would be awesome.
 
Posting a log would also be awesome. Just telling us it doesn't work is just not enough.
 
Well for some reason Toll Free calls are working, but not Toll Free Faxes. I'll try to pull a log on Monday.
