Cannot download or play large Call Recordings

Hi,

I am using Fusion PBX version 4.5.10

I have some call recordings whose sizes are above 100 MB. When I tried to download it from Applications -> Call Details Records,
only about 12 kb was downloaded. Also, when i tried to play it in Applications -> Call Details Records, there is no sound.

Downloading small call recordings files has no issue.

May I know if there are any settings for downloading large Call Recordings files ?
