I am using Fusion version 4.4.6
Currently, I have configured call forwarding for extension 127. I have configured to override the caller ID of the forwarded call with 31000717
I have enabled call forward and follow-Me caller ID for the superadmin permission.
However, when the call is forwarded, the caller ID of the forwarded call is still showing the actual caller's number and not 31000717.
It seems the caller ID override is not effective. Can any one advise on the configuration ? Thanks.
