Hello, I have recently installed FusionPBX 5.4.8 (using Debian 12), but I have been unable to connect (register) my phones (Poly Edge E220) to FusionPBX, even after following the guide at https://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/applications/provision/provision_manual_polycom.html

I also notice that on the SIP Status page, I get the error message: Connection to Event Socket failed.
This also occurs when I click Refresh or Rescan down below.

and also I see down below:
String could not be parsed as XML
sofia status profile external
String could not be parsed as XML
sofia status profile external-ipv6
String could not be parsed as XML
sofia status profile internal
String could not be parsed as XML
sofia status profile internal-ipv6

Is this the reason I haven't been able to connect the phones? What should I do? I am not an IT person.

On the System Status page there is this information:
- Application
- version 5.4.8
- branch 5.4
- path /var/www/fusionpbx
- PHP
- version 8.2.29
- Switch
- version connection failed
- Database
- name PostgreSQL
- version 17.6
- Operating System
- name Debian
- version 12

You have a problem with one of the FreeSwitch files, hence all the errors. The phone won't register until you resolve your FreeSWITCH errors.
