Can't get Extension and Outbound Call

Hi to everybody,
I'm new at FusionPBX and i'm stuck on Extension and Outbound call, i can't get them working.
By now i can only receive call from external numbers, but i can't call nobody.
Here is the call record detail, by the way i've added SIP and Extension router on ACL, i've tryed also to disable SIP AGL on router, but nothing appen and unfortunately i ca't get the ssh access to this VM...
What could be my error?

Sorry i forgot to write that PBX and Extension are not in the same network

You should only add your provider IP addresses to ACL. NOT the extensions network

Yes of course, on my ACL i've added:
Domain
-SIP Provider IP Address
-Extension Router IP Public Address

Lan
-Extension IP Address Range

You mean that i've to remove Extension IP range to the Lan ACL?It's that correct?

Correct. ACL is only for provider IP ranges.

• The main purpose is for your carriers ip addresses. Add the carrier IP addresses to the CIDR.
• Be careful with what and how you use ACL.
• Most common mistakes result in calls not working between extensions and other undesirable results.
• Be sure to keep Domains access control to default deny.
• Do not put your public ip or phone IP addresses in the domains access control list.
• Don’t supply both the domain and the cidr on the same node.
• If adding a single IP address to the CIDR field make sure to add /32 on the end of the IP address.

Ok done, i've left only the main domani (not the subdomains) and the Provider IP, now i can call to extension and out correctly, but i can't get the inbound calls.

If you can share this info it might help:

• Are you registering your trunk to a provider or doing IP based authentication?
  • Share a screenshot of your trunk config
• Do you have the trunk terminated to the IP address "domain" of Fusion and your phones are on a different domain?
