Cant see Call Detail Record Statistics

When logged in as a user who is a member of both admin and user groups I can't get any statistics on this screen.
If logged in as superadmin I can see the details. I also have two additional options - advanced and showall.
Any suggestions what might be causing the statistics not to show?

Ran the Schema upgrade and that didn't report anything.

Created a new user in the domain and they can see anything either. Tried another admin user and they can't see anything either. Only Superadmin can.

Which log would show where the access is getting denied?
