Change *97 to 1571

I have made a change a while ago where I change *98 to 1571 and I should have changed *97 to 1571.

I cannot remember where I made the change and what modules I restarted.

I've made the changes on the dial plan and in advance > default settings.

I've restarted the dial plan xml, I've also restarted free switch and this still doesn't work all I get is beep beep beep.

I change it back to how I original had it *97 was *97 and 1571 was originally *98 but I had it working on 1571.

We need to access the vm directly to 1571

Any help would be beneficial.

You would do it in the dialplan manager. Just copy that and edit to suit your needs:

That is what I have done, but it doesn't work.

Do I need to restart any services, if so which ones?

Usually a flush the cache and reload xml should do it

Status, SIp status then there are the buttons to flush the cache and reload xml

Delete the escaping character "\" destination number regular expression.

Yep, I was gonna ask why you have the \ before the 1571. If it was because it was there previously, that was to escape the * ie \* this is not needed for 1571

The "\" is present because @kieranp1987 having copied the *97 or *98 dialplans which require the * to be escaped in the regular expression
