hi,

I use this condition to allow certain users to use the dialplan:

How do I change this to exclude the given users from this dialplan? With other words, everyone can use this dialplan, except the numbers in this condition?

Greetings,
Jeroen

Damn,
New error occurred when I use this setting. when I call a extension that is forwarded to a external number, I get a "To May Hops" error. How can I fix this? This error only occurs when calling from an extension that is in the condition.

that makes sense you are not allowing that extension to call. Other variables that might be helpful are direction and toll allow. There are examples how to use those in this forum

I don't know what your original intent was, so I answered your direct question on how to make an "Allow everyone EXCEPT" rule. It now seems like you might be overcomplicating your dialplan or approaching your solution incorrectly, since a lot of things broke.

Original intent is to have some extensions not allowed to make outside calls. That's where I used this:

Problem with this is that ringgroups stop making outside call's. That's why I thought, let's turn it around, and specify the extensions that are not allowed to make outside calls.
Unfortunately that didn't work, again it blocks outside calls from ringroups and forwarding calls
