Channels issue.

Hi,

I have very limited channels on outgoing, is there a way I can put a call on hold or play a music, till I get outgoing channel free.

Whats happening, I have 5 channels for outgoing, they are differnet from my inbound routing.

So, if 5 callers were on call using the outbound, the 6th caller would get engage tone.

Is there a way, to hold that call play him some music, and when the channel is free, put him through?

No. You are essentially using that channel to deliver the hold audio. Also as far as I know the only way to relinquish the channel is to tear down the call.
