i have look anywhere and can't solved this issue 
cid and caller-details dialplans are both enabled.
once number are stored in contact phone provide the contact name well.
when number are not stored phone show "UNKNOWN".
does anyone know how to delete this "UNKNOWN" word so it will not appear in phone as "name"?
