Cisco 7911 IP Phone Registeration

Dear Gurus,
I'm looking to register my Cisco IP Phone 7911 with FusionPBX attached is xml configuration and but it is not registering with my FPBX and request is not coming to FPBX at all please check and let me know your kind feedback.
