Looks like Cisco finally EOL'd the spa 500 series and the 514G: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/produ...ries-ip-phones/eos-eol-notice-c51-741207.html

I'm a little bummed - we sell A LOT of these. I think a lot of customers just really like seeing the "Cisco" branding on the phones.

Anybody have any experience with the Cisco 6800 series and fusionpbx? As far as I know the old 7900 series CUCM phones had sip firmware but limited sip functionality. Are the 6800 phones the same way?

Use this as an opportunity to switch to Yealink, that's where all the action is at.

I'm really sad to see this as well. Such great workhorse phones with quality Sipura DSPs inside them, and provisioning was awesome.

Customers definitely loved the Cisco branding, Yaelink not so much even though they're a great phone as well.
