Hi, I need some help with resetting users passwords.
Version: 1.3.3
Under the account>>users>>select the user>>security>> reset password - gives the following error:
"Request failed with status code 500"
Email with smtp is set up under the domain defaults as global
Under the logs>>email it just shows the email, but the status is blank
