I intent to deploy Fusion PBX for my contact center. I am interested in knowing the below mentioned concerns:

1. Terms & Conditions
2. Do I need to acquire any License for my usage?
3. What is the cost of billing solution provided from your end?

If its for inbound contact, I wouldn't use it, there are better products out there.

Its open source so no licence requirements

Billing? haven't a clue what you are talking about.
