I think I must be missing something with Conferences, I set up Conference room and internally it works just fine, but when an external caller calls in and dials the conference extension when in the IVR menu, they get invalid extension (I have enabled direct ext dial) - I also see you cant select it as an IVR forward option, its not listed - what am I missing
