Connection Yeastar TG100 to FusionPBX

Hello All,

I'm trying to connect Yeastar TG100 with fusionpbx and needing some help and guides.

My Tg100 setting behind NAT router with no port forwarding and dynamic public IP ( Router does not have an option to port forward and can't change the router per ISP)
My Fusion Setting in the cloud.

I need to make outgoing and inbound calls using GSM Gateway
below is my network diagram



after searching while didn't found any documentation on setting up with fusionpbx and all the documents published by yeastart for freepbx and with port forwarding

any help would be greatly appreciated

Yo también estoy tratando de conectarlo con tu mismo diagrama pero en el lugar de un GW GSM Yeastar yo estoy con un GW GSM Synway de 4 ports gsm y todavia no lo logro conectarlo.
Agradeceria cualquier ayuda.

i am trying to do the same using Cisco SPA3102 Voice Gateway, i succeeded to send outgoing call from my Extensions in fusionpbx to FXO port of the SPA3102
i have issue with inbound call , when i call the PSTN number of SPA3102 i am getting a dial-tone rather than getting IVR or route a call to any extension
if you still straggling i may share the outbound call setting with you.
but if you already succeeded please help me in managing the inbound calls at fusionpbx
