Hello Everyone,

I'm facing an issue with our new VOIP Provider TPG,
Inbound works perfectly as for outbound I got invite error 604.
Coordinated with them and they require Contact Headers.

Trunk had been configured with realm/domain and proxy, enabled Caller ID From to true and set SIP CID Type to none/pid/rpid.
Modified the outbound routes of the Trunk before the bridge to action -> set -> sip_h_P-Preferred-Identity=sip:*****@voipdomain. (RPID & None)
sip_h_P-Asserted-Identity=sip:******@voipdomain (PAI)
Did flush all and restarted profiles still not passing correct contact headers.

Also I make sure to follow their CID format for outbound adding +/country code to caller ID but still no luck.

Can anyone point me on how to fix this?

Ask them for an example of a good outbound INVITE, then work from there.

You also have not mentioned what your carrier actually wants.

you have mentioned tpg then I think you are in Oz...
have you used sngrep to figureout where the problem is? reading from your OP i assume your destination/incoming/inbound calls are working ok... ask tpg termination team what they need from you pbx and configure outbound rout accordingly. check sngrep and see what error you get
