Cross Tenant Calling Caller ID Issue

I am having I problem with caller ID not transferring to the remote phone. When I call from one tenant to another if the two tenants have the same extension it will pull the effective caller id name from the local extension instead of the remote caller. I am sure there is a way to force it from the dial plan I just don't know what it is.
